Telehealth
Online therapy. Comfortable. Convenient. Confidential.
Why Telehealth?
Sometimes heading into a therapy clinic when you’re in a difficult place can be overwhelming in itself. Perhaps you find it difficult to travel or can’t find childcare.
Maybe you just don’t feel like leaving the house. Having therapy in the comfort of your own home is convenient and flexible. Online therapy means you also don’t have to navigate your work commitments, take time off, and organise travel. You can access care from all over Australia, while you’re travelling, caring for the kids, in your pj’s, or dog sitting. Research tells us that individuals feel more comfortable sharing personal issues with their psychologist online rather than in person, and they don’t have the pressure to think on the spot. You can create the calm and relaxing atmosphere for your own psychology appointment.
