Meet Biljana

Biljana is warm and empathic, and focuses on building relationships with her clients first and foremost. She has 5+ years of experience within mental health services and has been trained in a diverse range of therapeutic frameworks. Primarily, her expertise is with the adult population seeking counselling support for a variety of mild to complex mental health issues.
She has experience in the private sector; acute hospital settings with in-patients and individuals discharged within the community; across educational settings including primary school, high-school and university settings to provide assessment and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns; in the early intervention sector, with children aged 3-10 years old presenting with ASD, ADHD, and ODD.

She focuses on building strong connections with clients, where they can freely express themselves, without judgment. Research tells us that for therapy to be successful, the relationship between psychologist and client is essential. Biljana understands that therapy is an intimate and personal experience, and aims to ensure that your concerns are heard and validated throughout the whole course of treatment.
